We are committed to partnering with organizations in their development of inclusive spaces by centering diversity, equity, inclusion, +belonging (DEI+B) with a focus on social and racial justice.
With over 50 years of combined experience in the higher education space, our team consists of educators and higher education professionals. We work with individuals, higher education institutions, and organizations to address their needs through sustainable strategic plan development, curriculum design, and professional development workshops.
Utilizing a holistic approach, our services are comprehensive as we identify the unique needs of each individual, institution, and organization that comes to partner with us. We also offer predesigned workshops and trainings that can be modified to meet the unique needs of our clients.
We are more than trainers – we are a community of educators. The Joy+Belonging community is made up of educators who specialize in adult learning and curriculum development along with educational professionals with backgrounds in counseling and therapy. The intersection of our expertise and backgrounds provide us with diverse perspectives that we utilize to address the needs of our clients.
